School   Assistant   working   in   an   aided<\/p>\n<p>school.   She was originally appointed with effect from 25.8.2000<\/p>\n<p>till   the   existence   of   the   vacancy.     But   the   1st   respondent<\/p>\n<p>approved   such   appointment   only   upto   30.3.2001.   In   the   above<\/p>\n<p>circumstances,   the   manager   re-appointed   the   petitioner     with<\/p>\n<p>effect   from   6.6.2001.     Against   the   order   of   the   1st   respondent<\/p>\n<p>approving   the   appointment   only   upto   30.3.01,   the   manager   of<\/p>\n<p>the   school   filed   appeal   which   was   rejected   by   the   Deputy<\/p>\n<p>Director   as   also   the   Director   of   Public   Instruction.     Against   the<\/p>\n<p>same  the  petitioner   filed  Ext.P7  revision   petition  before  the   4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.   Petitioner now confines her relief for a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the   4th   respondent   to   consider   and   pass   appropriate   orders   on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.  In<\/p>\n<p>the   facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   there   would   be   a<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> W.P.(C) No. 38260\/2007\/D                      -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P7, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,<\/p>\n<p>after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>well as the manager of the school.
