petition \u00a0 filed \u00a0 as \u00a0 public \u00a0 interest\u00a0<br \/>\nlitigation\u00a0short\u00a0grievance\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0is\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Collector,\u00a0<br \/>\nHarda, \u00a0 respondent \u00a0 No.2, \u00a0 has \u00a0 allotted \u00a0 10.117 \u00a0 hectares \u00a0 of \u00a0 land\u00a0<br \/>\nsituated \u00a0 at \u00a0 Khasra \u00a0 No.3\/4 \u00a0 at \u00a0Village, \u00a0 Adgaonkala \u00a0 within \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nMunicipal \u00a0 Council, \u00a0 Harda \u00a0 for \u00a0 collection \u00a0 of \u00a0 garbage \u00a0 of \u00a0 Harda\u00a0<br \/>\nTown\u00a0in\u00a0anticipation\u00a0of\u00a0approval\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0State\u00a0Government.\u00a0<br \/>\nLearned\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0plot\u00a0<br \/>\nis\u00a0adjacent\u00a0to\u00a0`Abadi&#8217;\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Village,\u00a0Adgaonkala\u00a0and,\u00a0therefore,\u00a0<br \/>\nif\u00a0the\u00a0garbage\u00a0is\u00a0directed\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0dumped\u00a0there,\u00a0that\u00a0would\u00a0bound\u00a0<br \/>\nto\u00a0result\u00a0into\u00a0nuisance,\u00a0serious\u00a0diseases\u00a0and\u00a0health\u00a0hazards\u00a0to\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 villagers \u00a0 at \u00a0 large. \u00a0 \u00a0 Therefore, \u00a0 the \u00a0 respondents \u00a0 may \u00a0 be\u00a0<br \/>\nrestrained\u00a0from\u00a0allotting\u00a0the\u00a0land\u00a0in\u00a0question\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0purpose\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\ngarbage\u00a0dumping.\u00a0 \u00a0Learned\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0further\u00a0<br \/>\nsubmitted \u00a0 that \u00a0 in \u00a0 this \u00a0 regard \u00a0 objections, \u00a0 contained \u00a0 in\u00a0<br \/>\nAnnexure\u00adP\/13 \u00a0 and \u00a0 P\/14, \u00a0 \u00a0 have \u00a0 been \u00a0 filed \u00a0 before \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nrespondent\u00a0No.2\u00a0but\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0have\u00a0not\u00a0yet\u00a0been\u00a0decided.\n<\/p>\n<p>       On\u00a0the\u00a0other\u00a0hand,\u00a0the\u00a0learned\u00a0Govt.\u00a0Advocate\u00a0drew\u00a0our\u00a0<br \/>\nattention\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0report\u00a0submitted\u00a0by\u00a0Naib\u00a0Tahsildar,\u00a0Handiya,\u00a0<br \/>\nDistrict, \u00a0 Harda, \u00a0 respondent \u00a0 No.7 \u00a0 and \u00a0 pointed \u00a0 out \u00a0 with\u00a0<br \/>\nreference\u00a0to\u00a0para\u00a02\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0report\u00a0that\u00a0objections\u00a0were\u00a0invited\u00a0<br \/>\nand \u00a0 since \u00a0 nobody \u00a0 filed \u00a0 any \u00a0 objection, \u00a0 therefore, \u00a0 he\u00a0<br \/>\nrecommended \u00a0 for \u00a0 allotment \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 land \u00a0 in \u00a0 question \u00a0 for \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n       aforesaid \u00a0 purpose. \u00a0 \u00a0 However, \u00a0 learned \u00a0 counsel \u00a0 for \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n      petitioners\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0they\u00a0have\u00a0no\u00a0knowledge\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n      said\u00a0decision.\u00a0 \u00a0Besides\u00a0that,\u00a0the\u00a0aforesaid\u00a0document\u00a0does\u00a0not\u00a0<br \/>\n      indicate\u00a0the\u00a0mode\u00a0of\u00a0advertisement.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Be\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0it\u00a0may.\u00a0\u00a0We\u00a0dispose\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0petition\u00a0at\u00a0this\u00a0stage\u00a0<br \/>\n      with\u00a0the\u00a0direction\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Collector,\u00a0Harda,\u00a0respondent\u00a0No.2\u00a0to\u00a0<br \/>\n      examine \u00a0 the \u00a0 grievance \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 petitioner \u00a0 and \u00a0 dispose \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\n      objections \u00a0 filed \u00a0 on \u00a0 behalf \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 petitioners, \u00a0 contained \u00a0 in\u00a0<br \/>\n      Annexures\u00adP\/13\u00a0and\u00a0P\/14\u00a0after\u00a0conducting\u00a0necessary\u00a0enquiry,\u00a0<br \/>\n      by\u00a0a\u00a0speaking\u00a0order\u00a0expeditiously,\u00a0preferably\u00a0within\u00a0a\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n      three\u00a0weeks\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0production\u00a0of\u00a0certified\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0<br \/>\n      order.\n<\/p>\n<p>               With\u00a0the\u00a0aforesaid\u00a0direction,\u00a0the\u00a0writ\u00a0petition\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0<br \/>\n      of.\n<\/p>\n<pre>
