MANISH KUMAR, SON OF SRI DIPANARAYAN SINGH\n                                                Versus\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    09.02.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well<\/p>\n<p>                        as learned Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioners seek their bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        Chautham P.S. Case No. 108 of 2010 registered under Section<\/p>\n<p>                        307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                      There is allegation against the petitioners that<\/p>\n<p>                        they assaulted the injured with lathi, as a result, of which she<\/p>\n<p>                        sustained head injury. Annexure-3 series to this petition reveal<\/p>\n<p>                        that injured has received altogether three injuries on her person<\/p>\n<p>                        and she has received only one injury on her head and the said<\/p>\n<p>                        injury is said to be grievous in nature but it is not clear as to<\/p>\n<p>                        who is the author of aforesaid head injury because there is<\/p>\n<p>                        omnibus allegation of assault against both the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering      the    aforesaid     facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                        circumstances as well as submissions of the parties above<\/p>\n<p>                        named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                        Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with above stated<\/p>\n<p>                        Chautham P.S.
