No.38852 of 2010\n                               SANTOSH KUMAR SETH\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3    14.3.2011              Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                            Killing       for    demand     of    dowry    is     the<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation. Petitioner is husband. Submission is<\/p>\n<p>                 that death was due to stomach ache. Same was<\/p>\n<p>                 informed     to    informant&#8217;s        family       members       and<\/p>\n<p>                 deceased was taken to local Dr. Sudarshan who<\/p>\n<p>                 referred     her     for        Banaras.        After    thorough<\/p>\n<p>                 investigation final form submitted exonerating<\/p>\n<p>                 liability upon the accused persons and now on<\/p>\n<p>                 protest only cognizance is taken.<\/p>\n<p>                            Thus,    having       regard    to    the    facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances       of    the     case,    in    the     event    of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing        bail     bond     of     Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                 Kaimur at Bhabua in Complaint Case No. 54 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010,   subject      to    the    condition       as    laid    down<\/p>\n<p>                 under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>AI                                                         ( Mandhata Singh, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Santosh Kumar Seth vs State Of Bihar on 14 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
