Depot, Rajkot, which was renewed from time to time.<br \/>\nShe was allotted the said trolley on the ground that her husband had<br \/>\nmet with an accident during his employment with the<br \/>\nrespondent-Corporation and had sustained permanent physical<br \/>\ndisability.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLastly,<br \/>\nthe Licence was renewed up to 31.08.2000. On the ground that the<br \/>\npetitioner had handed over the said trolley to a third party and was<br \/>\nnot using the same personally, it was seized by the competent<br \/>\nauthority. Therefore, the petitioner made an application to the<br \/>\ncompetent authority of the respondent-Corporation requesting to renew<br \/>\nher licence and to return her trolley. Thereafter, representations<br \/>\nwere also made by the petitioner. However, her licence was not<br \/>\nrenewed. Hence, this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents<br \/>\non record. The petitioner was allotted the trolley on 02.03.1981,<br \/>\nsubject to certain conditions, mainly on the ground that her husband,<br \/>\nwho was an employee of the petitioner-Corporation, had met with an<br \/>\naccident during the course of employment and had sustained severe<br \/>\nbodily injuries. It was necessary that the petitioner makes use of<br \/>\nthe said trolley, as per the terms of Licence.  However, on necessary<br \/>\ninquiry, it was found that the petitioner had sub-let the said<br \/>\ntrolley to a third party on rental basis, which was contrary to the<br \/>\nconditions of Licence. On account of the aforesaid breach committed<br \/>\nby the petitioner, the respondent-Corporation refused to renew her<br \/>\nLicence. Looking to the facts of the case and the evidence on record,<br \/>\nI am of the view that no illegality has been committed by the<br \/>\nrespondent-Corporation by not renewing the Licence of the petitioner.<br \/>\nHence, I find no reasons to interfere in this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tFor<br \/>\nthe foregoing reasons, the petition is dismissed.
