Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :19\/02\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                W.P.(C) NO. 5547 OF 2010 (P)\n                =====================\n\n         Dated this the 19th day of February, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The prayer sought is for a direction to respondents 1 and 2<\/p>\n<p>to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 and P4, where allegations<\/p>\n<p>were raised by the petitioner against the 3rd respondent for<\/p>\n<p>having made certain unauthorised constructions.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   If as stated, these complaints have been received, it is<\/p>\n<p>directed that the 2nd respondent shall take necessary action<\/p>\n<p>thereof with notice to the 3rd respondent also. This shall be done,<\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 6 weeks of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this<\/p>\n<p>Court has not expressed anything on       the merits of the claim<\/p>\n<p>raised and it is entirely for the 2nd respondent to deal with the<\/p>\n<p>same.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
