RAMKUMAR, J.\n                           ...................................\n                 Bail Application No.8068 of 2010\n                ..........................................................\n            Dated this the 13th day of December, 2010\n\n                                    O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos.2 to 5 in Crime No.473\/2010                            of Pozhiyoor<\/p>\n<p>Police Station   for offences punishable under Sections 498-A,<\/p>\n<p>323 and 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   After evaluating the               factors and parameters             which<\/p>\n<p>are to be taken into consideration in the light of paragraph 122<\/p>\n<p>of the verdict      dated          2-12-2010             of the Apex Court           in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1108032\/\">Siddharam Satlingappa Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra and<\/p>\n<p>Others (Crl.Appeal No.<\/a> 2271 of 2010),                          I am inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail to the petitioners.                 Accordingly, a direction is<\/p>\n<p>issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station concerned to<\/p>\n<p>release the petitioners on bail for a period of one month in the<\/p>\n<p>event of their   arrest in connection with the above case on each<\/p>\n<p>of them    executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No.8068\/2010                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>thousand only)       with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       1.    Petitioners    shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n             Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       2.   Petitioners shall make themselves         available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       4. Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        5.
