P .BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 28\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed seeking condonation of delay of 37 days in<br \/>\nfiling the appeal.  Rule was issued by this Court on<br \/>\n28th<br \/>\nJuly 2010, returnable on 11th August 2010.  Thereafter,<br \/>\nfresh Rule was issued on 18th August 2010, returnable<br \/>\non<br \/>\n1st September 2010.  On 1st September<br \/>\n2010, returnable date was extended to 16th September 2010.<br \/>\n Again on 17th January 2011, fresh Rule was issued,<br \/>\nreturnable on 7th February 2011.  Thereafter, the matter<br \/>\nwas adjourned from time to time.  Today, when the matter is called<br \/>\nout, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Raval requests that<br \/>\nfresh process of Rule be issued with a permission to effect direct<br \/>\nservice with a little longer date.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tAs<br \/>\na last chance, the request is granted.  The Registry is directed<br \/>\nto issue fresh process of Rule, returnable on<br \/>\n24th<br \/>\nMarch 2011.  Direct service is permitted.
