Whether any part time table tennis coach was appointed by Mata Jai Kaur\n           Public School, Ashok Vihar, Phase-III Delhi during the period Mar 07 to\n           April 09?\n   2.      Inform how much gross salary was paid to that part time table tennis coach in\n           financial years 2007-08 &amp; 2008-09?\n   3.      How much taxes were deducted on the salary paid to that teacher in financial\n           year 2007-08 &amp; 2008-09?\n   4.      Attested copies of Form 16 A may be provide in respect of above teacher for\n           financial years 2007-08 &amp; 2008-09\n\nPIO's Reply:\nPIO replied, \"The school has never appointed any Table Tennis Teacher in the school\".\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nAppellant alleged that completely false and misleading information provided by the PIO.\nHe mentioned that a Table Tennis coach worked for that mentioned school for two years.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\n Not mentioned.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nAppellant stated that FAA refused to accept the proof of working in the school on ad hoc\nbasis. Appellant has enclosed the copy of proof.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Rajesh<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. D.P.Singh<br \/>\nThe PIO has given information that no table tennis teacher was appointed in Mata Jai<br \/>\nKaur Public School. The Appellant has complained that false information has been<br \/>\nprovided to him and has attached photocopy of a certificate from the school dated<br \/>\n01\/05\/2007 signed by Mr. G.S.Ghai stating that Ms. Alka Sharma is working as table<br \/>\ntennis coach in the school. The Appellant has also attached photocopies of two cheques<br \/>\nof Rs. 4,500\/ issued by Mata Jai Kaur Public School issued on 07\/09\/2007 and<br \/>\n10\/10\/2007. This appears to be conclusive proof that false information has been provided.<br \/>\nThe PIO is directed to inquire into this matter and provide a report to the Appellant and<br \/>\nCommission as to how the false information was provided. He will also indicate the<br \/>\naction taken on the Principal of the same school for providing the false information.
