RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 .........................................\n                        B.A. No.5345 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n                          Dated: 15.09.2010\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<pre>      Petitioner,     who      is     the      accused     in   Crime\nNo.342\/CR\/OCW\/TVPM             of       CBCID        Head    Quarters,\nThiruvananthapuram          for offences punishable under Sections\n<\/pre>\n<p>468,403 and 420 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<br \/>\nto surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<br \/>\ninterrogation and then to have his application for bail considered by<br \/>\nthe Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner shall<br \/>\nsurrender before the investigating officer on 24.9.2010 or on<br \/>\n25.09.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and            recovery of<br \/>\nincriminating material, if any.
