Justice M.N.KRISHNAN\n\n Dated :13\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                      M.N.KRISHNAN, J.\n                   -------------------------------\n                W.P.(C).NO.6934 OF 2009 ()\n                 -----------------------------------\n          Dated this the 13th day of March, 2009\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>complete the investigation in Crime No.278\/2007 of Vattappara<\/p>\n<p>Police Station and to submit a final report before the Court. I<\/p>\n<p>had perused the documents and if there is an element of truth it<\/p>\n<p>will be shocking to the judicial conscience. What ever it may be,<\/p>\n<p>since the matter is under investigation and I am told that the<\/p>\n<p>investigation is almost over,     I direct the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>complete the final investigation and file a report, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from today.              If there are<\/p>\n<p>unavoidable reasons, let it be brought to the notice of the Court<\/p>\n<p>at that stage.
