Justice PIUS C.KURIAKOSE\n\n Dated :28\/03\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          PIUS.C.KURIAKOSE, J.\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                          W.P.(c).No. 9351 OF 2008\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 Dated this the 28th day of March, 2008\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Having regard to the submissions addressed by Sri.V.Philip<\/p>\n<p>Mathews, counsel for the petitioner and Sri.V.K.Sunil, counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>Municipality, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of<\/p>\n<p>issuing the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>      Respondents 1 and 2 will immediately communicate the final<\/p>\n<p>order of demolition issued by the Municipality in respect of the<\/p>\n<p>constructions made by the petitioner to him, within ten days from<\/p>\n<p>today. Thereupon, the petitioner will have the liberty of invoking his<\/p>\n<p>statutory remedies by way of appeal against the final order.<\/p>\n<p>Considering the above directions, the interim order passed by this court<\/p>\n<p>on 19\/03\/2008 will continue for a period of one month from today. In<\/p>\n<p>the meanwhile, the Municipality is also directed to pass orders on the<\/p>\n<p>renewal application covered by Ext.P16 receipt and communicate the<\/p>\n<p>decision to the petitioner.
