Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :05\/12\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J\n\n      -----------------------------------------------------------\n                      W.P.(C).No.35951\/2008\n      -----------------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 5th     day of December, 2008\n\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner submits that by submitting              application<\/p>\n<p>dated 10.10.2005 to the first respondent they have sought<\/p>\n<p>for a     Non Objection certificate, in order to obtain the<\/p>\n<p>affiliation of the 3rd respondent for the school established<\/p>\n<p>by them. It is stated that the application has not been<\/p>\n<p>considered so far. There upon the petitioner states that they<\/p>\n<p>have filed Ext.P3, a representation before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent, by way of a reminder and it is stated that even,<\/p>\n<p>then there is no response. It is in these circumstances the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is filed praying that the first respondent be<\/p>\n<p>directed to pass orders on the application that has been<\/p>\n<p>filed.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WP(c).No.35951\/08              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       2. If as stated by the petitioner, they have filed an<\/p>\n<p>application dated 10.10.2005 and the same has been<\/p>\n<p>received by the first respondent,        the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>should pass orders thereon.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Therefore, I direct that the first respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>consider the application dated 10.10.2005 and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon, provided it has been received and is proper in all<\/p>\n<p>respects.
