\nlandlords had tenantedihe prefini’s’es’.\u00bb had filed a petition
\nunder HRC Act for ‘evictionon ‘theV”g1’o’hnd of personal<\/p>\n
occupVationr;..  udisniissed. It is the contention
\nof the”app.ellant’that:’the’~-respondents set up the neighbours<\/p>\n
to coniplain to  Corporation to demolish the building in a<\/p>\n
   of whict1v——–the appellant is in occupation on the<\/p>\n
V is in a dilapidated condition. The Corporation<\/p>\n
‘authonties did not take any action on their representation.<\/p>\n
The .. of the respondents filed writ petition seeking<\/p>\n
  rnandamus against the Corporation for demolishing the<\/p>\n

This court has passed an order in W.P.No.46289 \/ 2003<\/p>\n
directing the Corporation to consider the representation of<\/p>\n

his occupation is safe and fit for habitation. ‘Corporation<\/p>\n
authorities, however, proceeded\u00bb With” .de\ufb01olitionof the<\/p>\n
building.\n<\/p>\n

if  ibuilding in the occupation of the appellant. The appellant<\/p>\n

 appellant states that he informed the Corporation authorities<\/p>\n
that he has \ufb01led writ petition to stop demolition of the<\/p>\n

The appellant has.. to declare
\nthat the order of demoliti’on  the landlords
\nto put up   the same to the
\n his shop and also atleast

\nfoundhthat  relief stated in the petition are
\ndisptitesxlfactsV\ufb02H_enC_e,V’~:-‘directed the appellant t:o approach<\/p>\n
 coitirt. Accord.i.n’gly. dismissed the petition. Hence. this<\/p>\n

Oiidneaaririg the counsel for the appellant we find that<\/p>\n
the .. relief sought for cannot be granted in the writ.<\/p>\n
  jurisdiction. The question of reconstruction of the building<\/p>\n
 and re–letting the building and payment of damages is the<\/p>\n
‘ matter to be considered by the Civil Courts. If there is any<\/p>\n
illegality on the part of the municipality and the<\/p>\n
