No.18149 of 2010\n                 TIKO YADAV son of late Ram Sudhari Yadav resident of vill.-Larjha Ghat,\n                 P.S.-Bithan, District-Samastipur --------------Petitioner.\n                                                     Versus\n                                            STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   24.6.2010                Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Informant&#8217;s brother was surrounded by accused persons<\/p>\n<p>                   while he was coming with money withdrawn from the bank. He was<\/p>\n<p>                   assaulted by them resulted into his death. Now submission of the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the petitioner is that five co-accused persons have<\/p>\n<p>                   been named in the F.I.R. with specific overt act including snatching of<\/p>\n<p>                   money but petitioner who has been added later due to previous enmity.<\/p>\n<p>                              Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                   the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                   date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, above named<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.10,000\/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                   the satisfaction of the Addl.
