\nreturning bach  along with her
\nhusband in   which was
\ndriven   car reached near
\nKumbalagodu’  road, the driver of<\/p>\n
the said drove-_ the  in a rash and negligent<\/p>\n
  whileaverting head on collusion with a<\/p>\n
 “cotning’l’fro:n opposite direction, car went to the<\/p>\n
r1g.ht’_ls1de_  road and dashed against the tree, due<\/p>\n
 wh1chl,’l’:. she sustained fracture, dislocation of right<\/p>\n
  “hl1P~idlslocatron of left shoulder, blunt Injury on<\/p>\n

Immediately, she was shifted to Mallya hospital,–.after<\/p>\n
initial treatment she was taken to North side <\/p>\n
Bangaiore and thereafter to Manipal hospital’:Eangalorelf <\/p>\n
where, she underwent treatmen’t””in~ICU <\/p>\n
and taken treatment as inpatient <\/p>\n
thereafter, follow up tI’CEllZ1″I”L._:’CTl’1’7!’.e.   it the
\ninjuries sustained bythee appellanft’in.the  aeeident,
\nshe has filed a claim  under
\nsection 166 of, against
\nthe responcienjtswieild’  had come up
