Application No.7846<br \/>\nof 2010 the application of the present applicant for release of his<br \/>\npassport temporarily on certain conditions was granted. Learned<br \/>\nSessions Court was to release the passport. In this application, it<br \/>\nis stated that the passport is actually lying with officer in charge<br \/>\nof the Umra Police Station and not with the Sessions Court. The<br \/>\napplicant, therefore, requests for necessary modification in the said<br \/>\norder dated 19.07.2010. Therefore, in continuation of the order dated<br \/>\n19.07.2010, it is provided that the  officer in charge of the Umra<br \/>\nPolice Station shall release the passport on same terms and<br \/>\nconditions as contained in the order dated 19.07.2010. Subject to<br \/>\nabove modification, rest of the order dated 19.07.2010 remains<br \/>\nunchanged.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule is made<br \/>\nabosolute to the above extent.
