Sabo Devi, wife of Mohan Mahto\n          Both resident of village - Dharampur Banni, P.S. - Maheshkhut,\n          District - Khagaria.\n                                                           ----- Petitioners.\n                                  Versus\n          The State Of Bihar                           ----Opposite Party\n                                   *******\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   25.07.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 52\/2010,<\/p>\n<p>                   G.R. No. 512\/2010, for the offences under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court<\/p>\n<p>                   of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners are named accused being<\/p>\n<p>                   mother-in-law and brother-in-law of deceased sister of<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant who died under unnatural circumstance<\/p>\n<p>                   after 11 years of her marriage and four years after<\/p>\n<p>                   second marriage of her husband, since she was not<\/p>\n<p>                   blessed with any child. There is general and omnibus<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation against these two petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of four weeks, let the above-named<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                   of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          two   sureties   of       the   like   amount    each   to   the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 52\/2010,<\/p>\n<p>          G.R.
