Sudhir Kumar Upadhyay\n                                              Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      29.06.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In continuation of torture, informant was assaulted on<\/p>\n<p>                      12.08.2010. She informed the incident to her father and other<\/p>\n<p>                      family members. She was taken by her father on 17.08.2010. Her<\/p>\n<p>                      statement was recorded on the same date. She is examined by<\/p>\n<p>                      Doctor also but for simple injury caused by hard and blunt<\/p>\n<p>                      substance, she died on 21.08.2010 and postmortem is speaking<\/p>\n<p>                      about death due to cardiac respiratory failure having no concern<\/p>\n<p>                      with injuries allegedly caused by petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the above facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, prayer of the petitioners for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                      from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S.
