The request is accepted. Permission to file one page<br \/>\npetition in respect of other 24 workmen is granted. Present petition<br \/>\nwill be treated as petition against the respondent no.l-Premkumar<br \/>\nChotala.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHaving<br \/>\nheard Mr.Gandhi, learned advocate for the petitioner and having<br \/>\nregard to the contention that the petitioner is aggrieved by the<br \/>\norder passed by the Trial Court in respect of award, on the condition<br \/>\nthat the petitioner will deposit, as a non-refundable\/non-adjustable<br \/>\namount a sum of Rs.10,000\/- towards cost, the Registry is directed to<br \/>\nissue Notice returnable on 30th June, 2011. Notice<br \/>\nto be issued after the amount is deposited.
