Appellant had 34 points<br \/>\nmentioned in the RTI application, may be show in the court during the hearing by the<br \/>\nappellant).\n<\/p>\n<p>Detail of required information:-\n<\/p>\n<p>   1. The appellant informs you that action taken about transfer of D.F.S. No. 93 S.O.<br \/>\n       B.K. Sharma was transferred earlier many time as per the following details :-<br \/>\n       dated 09.05.2002, time 14.55 form SPM to Roop Nagar, (relieved on dated<br \/>\n       20.05.2002 at 18.00 hrs but not reported at Roop Nagar, Fire Station). Dated<br \/>\n       14.06.2002 time 12.20 from SPM to Roop Nagar (again did not report at Roop<br \/>\n       Nagar Fire Station) dated 25.04.2003 time 12.55 from Teliwara to Rohini<br \/>\n       (FSMA) (but not reported at FSMA Rohini) all the above transfers were made by<br \/>\n       the department because of involvement of S.O. B.K. Sharma in the quarrel and<br \/>\n       scuffle with other staff members.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. He did surprise check and later on dated 19.04.2005 at 17.45 hrs, cancelled on his<br \/>\n       own.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. On dated 27.04.2005 at 17.40 hrs. B.K. Sharma was found absent from surprise<br \/>\n       check.\n<\/p>\n<p>    4. On dated 08.12.2005 at 17.15 hrs. as per the F.C.R. occurrence book B.K. Sharma<br \/>\n       had been marked absent from fire\/rescue call.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. On 18.10.2007 between 8 AM and 13.00 according to O.B. (Fire) FCR S.O. Sh.<br \/>\n       B.K. Sharma was absent from Fire\/rescue call.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. Appellant requests you that the information of action taken in the above events<br \/>\n       made be acknowledged to me in written at the under address please.\n<\/p>\n<p>   7. Whether Sh. B.K. Sharma had quarreled \/ man-handled with his subordinate in<br \/>\n       the year 2002 at SPM Fire Station or not? And further whether for this reason Sh.<br \/>\n       B.K. Sharma had been transferred on 09.05.2002 from S.P.M. to Roop Nagar Fire<br \/>\n       Station or not?\n<\/p>\n<p>   8. Kindly supply the complete detailed report with time alongwith the names of<br \/>\n       employees about the incident of quarrel took place between them on 06.03.03 at<br \/>\n       Teliwara Fire Station with Sh. B.K. Sharma.\n<\/p>\n<p>   9. As per official record, whether DPS no. 93 Sh. B.K. Sharma had suspended from<br \/>\n       service during his service or not, if yes. How many times he had suspended from<br \/>\n       duty, kindly supply the complete authentic detail alongwith documents.\n<\/p>\n<p>   10. Kindly supply a copy of memorandum no. F2(1)(3)\/DFS\/HQ\/Estt.\/2006 dated<br \/>\n       10.03.2008       with     reference     to    office     letter   no.     F.2(1)(3)<br \/>\n       DFS\/HQ\/Estt.\/2006\/2947\/0 dated 25.02.2008 issued to Shri B.K. Sharma<br \/>\n       regarding furnishing the requisite information required by Home Department and<br \/>\n       reply, if any submitted by Shri B.K. Sharma.\n<\/p>\n<p>   11. Whether the Vigilance Enquiry has cleared against Shri B.K. Sharma by the<br \/>\n       Vigilance as on 18.07.2008 on which dated Shri B.K. Sharma has promoted<br \/>\n       because      the    C.F.O.     had    already    stated    in   his   letter    no.<br \/>\n       F2(1)(3)\/DFS\/HQ\/Estt.\/2006\/ID No. 161\/2422 dated 24.12.2007 that a Vigilance<br \/>\n       Enquiry is pending against Shri B.K. Sharma kindly supply the authentic<br \/>\n       documents and information.\n<\/p>\n<p>   12. Kindly supply the documents about the status of Anticipatory Bail filed by Sh.<br \/>\n       B.K. Sharma in the Hon&#8217;ble Court of law concerned, whether the Anticipatory<br \/>\n       Bail had been granted by the Hon&#8217;ble Court or not? If the anticipatory Bail filed<br \/>\n       by the aforesaid officials dismissed by the Court concerned all the aforesaid<br \/>\n       officials are continue on duty since 154.12.2007 or not?\n<\/p>\n<p>   13. Kindly supply a copy of promotion letter of Sh. B.K. Sharma promoted vide DFS<br \/>\n       letter no. F2 (1)(3)\/DFS\/HQ\/Estt.\/2008\/1668\/B dated 18.07.2008. etc.<\/p>\n<p>The PIO replied.\n<\/p>\n<p>       It is hereby informed you may inspect the file to get the relevant information<br \/>\nasked as desired one you have to identify the necessary and the same will be supplied as<br \/>\nper provision of RTI Act, 2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>Note:- Appellant can inspect the files and take appropriate copies which even is not<br \/>\n       covered under IIIrd party and Vigilance matter relating to another official.<br \/>\n       Nothing papers of the file can not be supplied as per the DOPT orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not mentioned.\n<\/p>\n<p> Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Absent<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. M.K.
