Therefore, the impugned oder is perverse and erroneous.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThough<br \/>\nthis petition has been filed by the petitioner-Corporation, which is<br \/>\nGovernment Corporation, it is required to be mentioned that whether<br \/>\nthe proper court fees is paid or not is ultimately the function of<br \/>\nthe administration and the Court Fees Inspector will take care and<br \/>\nnecessary procedure is provided under the Court Fees Act. Therefore,<br \/>\nthe objection, which has raised by the Government Corporation by<br \/>\nspending such amount on litigation is not justified to say least.<br \/>\nJudicial notice can be taken that Corporation have also in fact not<br \/>\ntaken steps for effective recovery of the dues or the amount advanced<br \/>\nand at time, they have also  remained not only negligent but also<br \/>\nlethargic. Therefore, this kind of petition cannot be entertained and<br \/>\ndeserves to be dismissed in limine.
