Name of the Assistant Registrar who approved Ask from Office of Registrar,\n         the proposal of increasing interest rate in year Parliament Street.\n         2001.\n 6.      During period of 2001 to 2006, whether any other Ask from Office of Registrar,\n         society except mentioned above society increased Parliament Street.\n         interest rate. Provide name of the society and\n        amount of interest what increased which was also\n        approved by the Office of Registrar.\n 7.     Provide details with name of Society controlled Ask from Office of Registrar,\n        by the Office of Registrar and what action taken Parliament Street.\n        against them who increased interest rate.\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nInformation furnished was misleading and incomplete. In respect of point no. 4 Appellant\nrequested for photocopy of Sale deed of Plot\/Building.
