2.   12. 08. 2010.               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n
                                 The petitioner being the Manger of Central Bank is<\/p>\n
                     apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 406, 409,<\/p>\n
                     420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                                 It is alleged that in the Cooperative of the Bank, the<\/p>\n
                     informant got invested Rs. 2,13,000\/- which got matured on 24. 01.<\/p>\n
                     2009, but the said amount was not paid as a result the present case<\/p>\n
                     has been filed.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is one<\/p>\n
                     of the Directors of the Cooperative of the Bank from 2004 to 2006,<\/p>\n
                     when he was posted in the bank whereas in the present case cause<\/p>\n
                     of action arose in the year 2009.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let<\/p>\n
                     the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest<\/p>\n
                     or surrender in the court below within a period of twelve weeks<\/p>\n
                     from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand)<\/p>\n
                     with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n
                     Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bangaon P.S.<\/p>\n
                     Case No. 70 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n
                     Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
