Koshy,Ag.C.J.\n<\/p>\n
           Petitioner’s contention is that the area covered under<\/p>\n
the Cochin Corporation can be called only ‘Cochin’ and not ‘Kochi’.<\/p>\n
Government by notification changed the area covered under the<\/p>\n
‘Cochin Taluk’ as ‘Kochi Taluk’. So, only ‘Kochi’ can be named to the<\/p>\n
area covered under the ‘Cochin Taluk’ and not under ‘Kanayannoor<\/p>\n
Taluk’. In Ext.P11,    a Division Bench of this Court directed the<\/p>\n
Government to consider the representation. Petitioner filed Ext.P12<\/p>\n
representation.      In the above circumstances, we direct the first<\/p>\n
respondent State Government to consider and dispose of Ext.P12<\/p>\n
representation as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within<\/p>\n
three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n
State Government should also get views of the Cochin Corporation<\/p>\n
before passing the final order.<\/p>\n
           The writ petition is disposed of.<\/p>\n
