RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -------------------------------\n                     Bail Application No.7540 of 2010\n                   -------------------------------\n                            DATED: 18.11.2010\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner, who is the accused in C.C.No.1825\/2004 on the file<\/p>\n<p>of ACJM, Ernakulam, seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.      Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are pending<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner. Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to nullify the<\/p>\n<p>process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.    There is no reason<\/p>\n<p>why the petitioner should not surrender before the Magistrate and seek<\/p>\n<p>regular bail.
