No.44928 of 2010\n                            RINKU DEVI, wife of Sri Lalal Thakur\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    28.01.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                  P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Petitioner seeks her bail in connection with Rajepur P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                  Case No.21 of 2009 for the offences registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                  304B, 201, 34 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Admittedly, petitioner is married Nanad of the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                  and no specific overt act has been attributed against her. The<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner is languishing in jail custody for more than nine months.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                  well as her period of detention in jail custody petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                  RINKU DEVI is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                  bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                  amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at<\/p>\n<p>                  Motihari in connection with above stated Rajepur P.S.
