Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :09\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n               Bail Application No.7060 of 2010\n             ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 9th day of November, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1, 3 &amp; 4 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.863 of 2010 of Thekkumbhagom Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354 &amp; 427 read with<\/p>\n<p>Section 34 I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act, seek anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.    But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>22\/11\/2010 or on 23\/11\/2010 for the purpose of interrogation<\/p>\n<p>and recovery of incriminating material, if any.
