The necessary amendment in the cause title of the<br \/>\npetition as well as the prayer clause, be made, within a period of<br \/>\ntwo weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nMr.N.V.Anjaria, learned advocate for the applicant  and perused the<br \/>\naverments made in the application. It is submitted that   the<br \/>\noriginal petitioner, Kanchanben Vora has no other heir and legal<br \/>\nrepresentative except the applicant. As the matter pertains to grant<br \/>\nof Family Pension,  after the death of Kanchanben Vora, the prayers<br \/>\nmade herein may be granted. It is further submitted that Kanchanben<br \/>\nVora expired on 2-7-2010 and there is a delay of about 23 days in<br \/>\nfiling the present application, which may be condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned advocate for the applicant and in view of the<br \/>\naverments made in the application, the prayers made therein deserve<br \/>\nto be granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthe application  is allowed. The delay of 23 days occasioned in<br \/>\nfiling the present application is condoned and abatement is set<br \/>\naside. The applicant Shri Hiralal N.
