Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :22\/06\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                    R.BASANT, J\n\n                          ------------------------------------\n\n                            W.P(C).No.3302 of 2007\n\n                         -------------------------------------\n\n                     Dated this the 22nd day of June, 2007\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   petitioner   has   come   to   this   Court   complaining   about   the<\/p>\n<p>inaction   on   the   part   of   the   respondents,   to   whom   he   had   submitted<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 complaint.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The learned Government Pleader submits and a statement<\/p>\n<p>to that effect has been filed by the 2nd respondent to apprise the Court<\/p>\n<p>of   the   fact   that   on   the   complaint   filed   by   the   petitioner,   a   proper<\/p>\n<p>enquiry has been conducted and completed.   After scrutiny, direction<\/p>\n<p>has been issued to register a crime and accordingly  a vigilance case<\/p>\n<p>has   been   registered   as   VC   04\/2007\/TSR.     The   same   is   now   under<\/p>\n<p>investigation,   submits   the   learned   Government   Pleader     and   reports<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     In the light of these developments, the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the  petitioner   does   not   pray   for   any   further   relief.     He   only   submits<\/p>\n<p>that it may be ensured that the investigation in the said vigilance case<\/p>\n<p>is   conducted   and   completed   efficiently   and   expeditiously   by   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.  Needles to say that such an investigation will have to be<\/p>\n<p>conducted by the respondents.  In the circumstances of the case, I am<\/p>\n<p>not   satisfied   that   any   time   bound   direction   need   be   issued.     I   need<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P(C).No.3302 of 2007                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>only   say   that   I   expect   the   Investigating   Officer   to   conduct   and<\/p>\n<p>complete the investigation efficiently and expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>         4.
