Learned advocate Mr.Unwala<br \/>\nfor the applicant submits that the chargesheet and the warrant issued<br \/>\nunder Section 70 by the concerned Investigating Officer be produced<br \/>\non the record and copy be given to him. Learned APP immediately gave<br \/>\na copy to him but he refused to accept the same requesting that he<br \/>\nmay place the same by way of an affidavit. The request has no<br \/>\nsubstance and the same is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Unwala further prayed to grant interim relief. As the<br \/>\naccused is shown as absconding, there is no question of granting any<br \/>\ninterim relief at this juncture in favour of the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAGP is directed to place the copies of papers of chargesheet on<br \/>\nrecord.
