Rawal, learned APP has stated at the bar that despite the fax<br \/>\nsent to the concerned Investigating Officer to remain present with<br \/>\npolice papers on 11.7.2011, as the matter was kept for hearing on<br \/>\ntoday i.e. 13.07.2011, the concerned Investigating Officer has not<br \/>\nremained present, neither on 12.07.2011 nor today. He prays for time.<br \/>\nIn the facts and circumstances of the case, stand over to 15th<br \/>\nJuly 2011.  The District Superintendent of Police, Surendranagar is<br \/>\nhereby directed to see that concerned Investigating Officer of<br \/>\ncomplaint being C.R.I-76 of 2010 registered with the Surendranagar<br \/>\nCity Police Station to remain present before this Court with police<br \/>\npapers on that day and is directed to to see to it that in future as<br \/>\nand when any intimation is sent to concerned Investigating Officer,<br \/>\nthe concerned Investigating Officer shall remain present with police<br \/>\npapers. He may also inquire into the matter despite the fax sent to<br \/>\nthe concerned Investigating Officer, why the concerned Investigating<br \/>\nOfficer has chosen to remain absent.
