SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 29\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been preferred by the applicant &#8211;<br \/>\noriginal petitioner for an appropriate writ, order and\/or direction,<br \/>\ndirecting the concerned respondent authority to comply with the order<br \/>\ndated 04\/08\/2010 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application<br \/>\nNo.7236\/2010 by making necessary mutation entry in the revenue<br \/>\nrecord.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tToday<br \/>\nwhen the present application is taken up for hearing, Mr.Pranav Dave,<br \/>\nlearned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record Village<br \/>\nForm No.6 and 7\/12 showing entry No.9025 dated 26\/03\/2011 in the<br \/>\nrevenue record, as per the order  dated 04\/08\/2010 passed by this<br \/>\nCourt in Special Civil Application No.7236\/2010. Village Form No.6<br \/>\nand 7\/12 with respect to land in question, is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, when the order passed by this Court is complied<br \/>\nwith, no further order is required to be passed except to dispose of<br \/>\nthe present application.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the subsequent compliance of the order  dated 04\/08\/2010<br \/>\npassed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.7236\/2010, the<br \/>\npresent application is disposed of.
