3     14.07.2010               Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the<\/p>\n
                   State.\n<\/p>\n
                               Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by<\/p>\n
                   order dated 15.10.2009 in Cr. Misc. No.32673 of 2009, wherein<\/p>\n
                   liberty was given to him to move this Court for bail after<\/p>\n
                   completing one year of his judicial custody.<\/p>\n
                               Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the<\/p>\n
                   petitioner is in custody in connection with the present case with<\/p>\n
                   effect from 4.2.2009 and therefore has completed period of one<\/p>\n
                   year in judicial custody.\n<\/p>\n
                               Considering the aforementioned aspects, this Court<\/p>\n
                   would direct the petitioner, namely, Ravindra Mehta to be released<\/p>\n
                   on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand)<\/p>\n
                   with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n
                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Simra P.S. Case No.16<\/p>\n
                   of 2004 subject to the condition that one of the bailer would be<\/p>\n
                   wife of the petitioner. It is also made clear that if the petitioner<\/p>\n
                   would absent himself on two consecutive dates in course of trial<\/p>\n
                   his bail so granted by this Court would be automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n
