PREM CHAND MAHTO SON OF LATE RAJO MAHTO\n            BOTH RESIDENT OF HARBHANGA, P.S.- SARSI, DISTRICT-\n            PURNEA\n                                       VERSUS\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                           ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   08\/11\/2011              This appeal is admitted for hearing.<\/p>\n<p>                            Call for the lower court records.<\/p>\n<p>                            The appellants have been convicted<\/p>\n<p>                 under sections 302\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                 Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            On recovery of the dead body of the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant&#8217;s son with multiple injuries the FIR<\/p>\n<p>                 was lodged and suspicion was raised against<\/p>\n<p>                 these appellant due to earlier land dispute.<\/p>\n<p>                 During trial also the prosecution witnesses have<\/p>\n<p>                 raised suspicion in the background of land<\/p>\n<p>                 dispute.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering        the    evidence     on<\/p>\n<p>                 record,    let the    appellants    above named,<\/p>\n<p>                 during the           pendency of this appeal, be<\/p>\n<p>                 released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>                 Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like       amount each     to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Sri Indradeo Singh, Additional<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       Sessions Judge, F.T.C.
