This appeal is against the order ollthe XE}     i <\/p>\n
Bangalore, in C.C.No.4874\/2008 dated 7.::l~.?,,Oii(ii.dismis’sing_i__Vthe.i<\/p>\n
complaint and acquitting the <\/p>\n
2. According to   ‘had advanced an
\namount of    instalments, i.e.,
\nRs. 1 ,50,0007-it    and Rs. 1 , 10,000\/– during
\n  and reconstruction of a
\nsingle room  the accused had offered to the<\/p>\n
comggiainant on lease, when the complainant was in search of<\/p>\n
i misc, \u00abafter renovation of the house, the accused neither<\/p>\n
 hahded”oiV_er_ th;e’j)ossession of the house nor repaid the amount<\/p>\n
 on’-uderriand, the accused had issued three post dated<\/p>\n
  cheques” drawn. on Centurion Bank, Cambridge Road, Ulsoor,<\/p>\n
Bangalore. When the cheques were presented for encashment,<\/p>\n
they were returned with an endorsement ‘funds insufficient’ and<\/p>\n

once again when the complainant asked the accused, he having<\/p>\n
tendered apology, requested her to re–present the cheqvueisfanpd<\/p>\n
all the three cheques were presented and once.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, after issuance of legal r1oti(:e,’*corr1p1aint <\/p>\n
