Sri.Parameshwara Panicker, learned<\/p>\n<p>senior counsel for the review petitioners and also Sri.<\/p>\n<p>S.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the respondents in the<\/p>\n<p>review petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   Having regard to the submissions, we are convinced<\/p>\n<p>that the impugned judgment closing the writ petition came to be<\/p>\n<p>passed even before the learned senior counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>could appraise this court of the whole of the facts pertaining to<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1.   We also   notice that    I.A. No.1222\/2010     seeking<\/p>\n<p>modification of Ext.P1 is pending.    For both these reasons, we<\/p>\n<p>are inclined to recall the judgment.
