RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.12463 OF 2009\n               ---------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 8th day of October, 2009.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Aggrieved by Exhibit P6 order by which the approval sought<\/p>\n<p>for was kept in abeyance on the basis of the pendency of<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No.33015\/2007, the petitioner has approached this Court.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The petitioner was appointed as H.S.S.T (English) in the<\/p>\n<p>4th respondent&#8217;s school with effect from 19.11.2007. Exhibit P1 is<\/p>\n<p>the copy of the order of appointment.         She was having M.A<\/p>\n<p>degree in English with 66% marks, B.Ed in English with 66%<\/p>\n<p>marks and a pass in SET also.           Exhibit P2 series are the<\/p>\n<p>certificates produced in support of the same. The appointment<\/p>\n<p>was made in the resignation vacancy of one Smt.Surya who got<\/p>\n<p>appointment through P.S.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The claimant in W.P.(C)No.33015\/2007 is one Rose<\/p>\n<p>Mary. The said writ petition has been dismissed today as not<\/p>\n<p>pressed by the said claimant.       Therefore, since the said writ<\/p>\n<p>petition has been dismissed, presently there will not be any<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.12463\/2009               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>impediment in considering the prayer to grant approval to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Therefore, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>reconsider the matter and pass appropriate orders regarding<\/p>\n<p>grant of approval of the appointment of the petitioner within a<\/p>\n<p>period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   T.R.
