Justice C.K.ABDUL REHIM\n\n Dated :25\/05\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n         PIUS C.KURIAKOSE &amp; C.K.ABDUL REHIM, JJ.\n                     ------------------------\n                    L.A.A.No. 377 OF 2008\n                     ------------------------\n\n             Dated this the 25th day of May, 2010\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Pius C.Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Even though various grounds have been raised assailing the<\/p>\n<p>judgment of the Reference Court, having scanned the impugned<\/p>\n<p>judgment, we are of the view that it is more or less the correct<\/p>\n<p>market value of the property that has been arrived at by the<\/p>\n<p>learned Sub Judge. In fact, this case was referred to Lok Adalat<\/p>\n<p>hoping that it will be possible to settle the issue between the<\/p>\n<p>parties upon the Government paying the amount as decreed by<\/p>\n<p>the court below as on the date of filing of the appeal within a<\/p>\n<p>short period.   The settlement did not materialise since the<\/p>\n<p>claimant was absent.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Under the above circumstances, we dismiss the appeal<\/p>\n<p>confirming the award of the court below.
