M. Barot appearing on behalf of petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nrespect of grievance voiced in present petition, two separate<br \/>\nrepresentations have been made by petitioners to Municipal<br \/>\nCommissioner, Ahmedabad Muncipal Corporation on 15\/2\/2011 and<br \/>\n28\/3\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Barot appearing for petitioners submits that these two<br \/>\nrepresentations are remained undecided and no reply\/response is given<br \/>\nby corporation and therefore present petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nlight of this fact, it is directed to Municipal Commissioner,<br \/>\nAhmedabad Municipal Corporation to examine grievance of petitioners,<br \/>\nconsider representations of petitioners sympathetically and decide<br \/>\nsaid two representations which have been made by petitioners and<br \/>\nthereafter pass appropriate reasoned order in accordance with law<br \/>\nwithin a period of six weeks from date of receipt of copy of present<br \/>\norder and communicate decision immediately to petitioners.  In case<br \/>\nif adverse order is passed by Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad<br \/>\nMunicipal Corporation, then it is open for petitioners to challenge<br \/>\nsame before appropriate forum in accordance with law.  It is also<br \/>\nopen for Municipal Commissioner, if requires personal dialogue with<br \/>\npetitioners, then Corporation may call one representative form<br \/>\npetitioners while deciding representation made by petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nview of above observation and direction, present petition is disposed<br \/>\nof without expressing any opinion on merits.
