SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 02\/09\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tappears that the conduct on the part of the Range I.G. and the<br \/>\n\tconcerned investigating officer to conduct raid in the early morning<br \/>\n\tand to arrest four women is not appreciated, more particularly when<br \/>\n\tthere is a dispute with respect to property.\n<\/p>\n<p>Despite<br \/>\n\tthe service of the notice on the part of the present petition, there<br \/>\n\tis no reply from any of the respondents, inclusive of the respondent<br \/>\n\tNo.2, at whose instruction the raid was alleged to have been carried<br \/>\n\tout in the early morning.\n<\/p>\n<p>Looking<br \/>\n\tto the aforesaid conduct and seriousness  of the matter and<br \/>\n\tallegations made in the present petition, concerned respondents are<br \/>\n\thereby directed to explain their conduct by filling an Affidavit<br \/>\n\tbefore the next date of hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\trespondent Nos.2 to 4 are hereby directed to remain personally<br \/>\n\tpresent before this Court on 9\/9\/2011 at 11.00 AM to assist this<br \/>\n\tCourt.  S.O. to 9\/9\/2011.
