Application No.<br \/>\n9123 of 2009 dated 26.8.2009 on the ground that he desires to visit<br \/>\nAfrica for his business purpose. In the past he could not go though<br \/>\npermission was granted due to health of the mother.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAGP Mr. Mengdey has verified that he has not travelled abroad  though<br \/>\npermission was granted earlier.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe circumstances, having regard to the ground mentioned, the present<br \/>\napplication deserves to be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall file an undertaking before this court disclosing his<br \/>\nprogramme, contact no. as well as the details of his stay abroad and<br \/>\nitinerary before the passport is released. He shall file the<br \/>\nundertaking  and thereafter the trial court is directed to release<br \/>\nthe passport forthwith to enable him to take appropriate steps for<br \/>\nhis visit abroad.  The applicant shall surrender the passport on his<br \/>\nreturn from abroad on or before 1.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplication accordingly stands allowed partly.  Rule is made absolute<br \/>\nto the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rajesh<br \/>\nH.
