No. 1159 of 2011, prayer for bail of<\/p>\n<p>                          the appellant was rejected lastly on 27.08.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                        It has been submitted that the victim has returned from<\/p>\n<p>                          Delhi up to Jehanabad and where she has made her statement and the<\/p>\n<p>                          appellant has been convicted on the basis of that statement. The<\/p>\n<p>                          appellant has remained in custody for about five years.<\/p>\n<p>                                        Considering the fact that prayer for bail of the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                          was rejected twice and the last rejection was on 27.08.2010, presently,<\/p>\n<p>                          we are not inclined to grant bail to the above named appellant.<\/p>\n<p>                          Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        However, if the appeal could not be listed for hearing<\/p>\n<p>                          within one year, then the appellant will be at liberty to renew his<\/p>\n<p>                          prayer for bail.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n                                              (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)\n\n\n\nkksinha\/-                                    (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Girjesh Tiwary vs State Of Bihar on 21 June, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
