Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n            ------------------------------------\n                      W.P.(C) 1743 of 2008\n            -------------------------------------\n                     Dated: January 15, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Against Ext.P4 order declining exemption to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>appeal has been filed along with stay petition which are Exts.P5 and<\/p>\n<p>P6.    These are pending consideration of the 1st respondent and<\/p>\n<p>while so, revenue recovery proceedings have been initiated by<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P7 and P8.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.  In view of the pendency of the statutory appeal as stated<\/p>\n<p>above, along with the stay petition, I dispose of the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>directing that the 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P6 as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within four weeks of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of this judgment.
