BASANT, J.\n\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                        B.A.No.  1002  of   2008\n\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n              Dated this the 13th day of  February, 2008\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioners are accused 1, 12 to 15, 20, 21, 24, 25 and<\/p>\n<p>30   in   a   crime   registered   alleging   commission   of   offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable,   inter   alia,   under   Sections   308   and   353   I.P.C.     The<\/p>\n<p>crux of the allegations against the petitioners is that they   pelted<\/p>\n<p>stones at a police party and caused injuries to them.  Two groups<\/p>\n<p>of BJP and Muslim League men were involved in a quarrel and<\/p>\n<p>disputes   and   a   police   party   had   reached   the   scene   on   getting<\/p>\n<p>information of such commotion.  Stones were pelted at the police<\/p>\n<p>party.     It   is   in   these   circumstances   that   allegations   are   raised<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 308 and 353 I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     I   have   already   considered   the   applications   for   regular<\/p>\n<p>bail and anticipatory bail of  some of the co-accused.  They have<\/p>\n<p>been granted bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         3.     The   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   pray,   the<\/p>\n<p>learned   Prosecutor   does   not     oppose   the   said   prayer     and   I   am<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No.  1002  of   2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>satisfied that the petitioners herein  can also be released  on bail subject<\/p>\n<p>to appropriate terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       4.   In the result:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       1)  These applications are allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2)     The   petitioners   shall   be   released   on   bail   on   the   following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       (a)  The petitioners shall execute  bonds for Rs.50,000\/-  (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>fifty   thousand   only)   each   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like<\/p>\n<p>sum to be satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p>       (b)     They   shall   make   themselves   available   for   interrogation<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer   on all Mondays and Fridays between<\/p>\n<p>10 a.m. and 12 noon for a period of  three  months and thereafter as and<\/p>\n<p>when directed by the Investigating Officer in writing to do so.<\/p>\n<p>                                                         (R.
