Learned     counsel     for    the\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span>\n\n\n\n\n     petitioner       submits      that       this    petition     has\n\n     been   filed       by     the       petitioner         for    the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>     protection of the life, liberty and property<\/p>\n<p>     of   the   petitioner        and     the    members      of    his<\/p>\n<p>     family from the private respondents who are<\/p>\n<p>     politically influential persons and they have<\/p>\n<p>     grabbed the petitioners&#8217; land with the help<\/p>\n<p>     of police etc.<\/p>\n<p>                3.                Learned       counsel     for    the<\/p>\n<p>     petitioner       further          submits       that    on    the<\/p>\n<p>     representation          of        the       petitioner         the<\/p>\n<p>     Inspector       General      of    Police,       Darbhanga    has<\/p>\n<p>     asked both the parties to appear before him<\/p>\n<p>     today itself for sorting out the differences.<\/p>\n<pre>                4.
