Heard       learned    counsels       for    the<\/p>\n<p>                        appellants and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Admit.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Call for the lower court record.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The    appellants      being    the    father,<\/p>\n<p>                        younger      brother      and     brother&#8217;s      wife    of<\/p>\n<p>                        husband have been convicted under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                        304(B) and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Though       general    accusation      is    of<\/p>\n<p>                        poising against the entire family but it<\/p>\n<p>                        appears that the informant, father of the<\/p>\n<p>                        deceased, P.W. 6 during cross-examination<\/p>\n<p>                        has admitted as it appears from paragraph<\/p>\n<p>                        no. 11 of the judgment that the informant<\/p>\n<p>                        implicated the accused persons on the basis<\/p>\n<p>                        of hearsay information but he subsequently<\/p>\n<p>                        came    to      know    that    the   victim     died    to<\/p>\n<p>                        diarrhoea.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                                   In     the     circumstances,         let    the\n\n                        appellants,       above    named,     be   released      on\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span>\n\n\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>        bail, during the pendency of the appeal, on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>        Thousand)each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount    each      to    the    satisfaction     of    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned       Additional        Sessions    Judge,     Fast<\/p>\n<p>        Track    Court      No.    IInd,    Nalanda     at     Bihar<\/p>\n<p>        Shariff in connection with Sessions Trial<\/p>\n<p>        Nos.     55    of   2011    and     56     of   2011    and<\/p>\n<p>        realization of fine, as imposed upon the<\/p>\n<p>        appellants, shall also be stayed.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                            (Shyam Kishore Sharma,J)\n\n\n\nU.
