In fact at the time of exchange of<\/p>\n<p>                  hot talk with the informant Ashok Yadav, father of the<\/p>\n<p>                  deceased, Sunil Yadav opened fire in which deceased<\/p>\n<p>                  sustained injuries and died but the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>                  falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                  23.06.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned A.P.P. submits that there is direct<\/p>\n<p>                  allegation against the petitioner to shot fire on Sushil<\/p>\n<p>                  Yadav resulting in his death who happens to be father of<\/p>\n<p>                  the informant Ashok Yadav and witnesses in para-6, 7 and<\/p>\n<p>                  8 of the case diary have supported the allegation.<\/p>\n<p>                              There is direct allegation against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  Surendra Yadav to shot fire at the time of exchange of hot<\/p>\n<p>                  talk to take water from a hand pump in which deceased<\/p>\n<p>                  Sushil Yadav, father of the informant sustained injuries<\/p>\n<p>                  and died.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Under the facts and circumstances of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         aforesaid case, I do not feel inclined to allow bail to the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner.
