M\/o Petroleum &amp; Natural Gas\n         i\nFacts<\/pre>\n<p>:\n<\/p>\n<p>1.       Both the parties were heard on 27\/2\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the<br \/>\nreplies given by the concerned CPIOs were discussed. In the complaint<br \/>\nNo.CIC\/MA\/C\/2009\/00013, the complainant has sought for policy document for<br \/>\nreconstitution of dealership from the Respondent-2, i.e. M\/o Petroleum &amp; Natural<br \/>\nGas. He also asked for clarification whether the deposit at the time of application<br \/>\nfor retail outlet is to be shown under saving account or current account. In his<br \/>\nappeal No.CIC\/MA\/A\/2009\/00057, he has asked for details of allotment of Retail<br \/>\nOutlet from the Respondent-1, i.e. IOCL.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     During the hearing, the issues raised by the appellant were clarified. The<br \/>\nCPIO of Respondent-1, agreed to send a suitable reply whereby he would clarify<br \/>\nthe points raised by the appellant in his applications to the respondents. The<br \/>\nappellant agreed to resubmit his queries to the concerned CPIO of Respondent-\n<\/p>\n<p>1.<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      As agreed, the appellant would re-submit his application for seeking<br \/>\nclarifications in respect of the issues raised in his applications to the<br \/>\nrespondents, as mentioned above. The CPIO of Respondent-1 is directed to<br \/>\nsend a suitable reply within 15 working days from the date of receipt of fresh<br \/>\napplication from the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   i<br \/>\n                       &#8220;If you don&#8217;t ask, you don&#8217;t get.&#8221; &#8211; Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                               1<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p> 5.
