Notice to fifth respondent is dispensed with<\/p>\n<p>preserving his right to move for review of this judgment, if<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The petitioner, through Ext.P1(a) has shown that Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>has been delivered in the office of the first respondent          in<\/p>\n<p>January\/February, 2009. The complaint therein is regarding the<\/p>\n<p>alleged pollution by an activity done by the fifth respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Without expressing anything on merits, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>ordered directing that Ext.P1 will be taken up, considered and<\/p>\n<p>disposed of by the fifth respondent, in accordance with law, at<\/p>\n<p>the earliest, at any rate, within a period of two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, so that any person<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved by that decision, would be entitled to seek further<\/p>\n<p>statutory relief in that regard.
